Privacy Notice
Last updated: 28 July 2026
Who we are
NVizione Systems Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore. This notice covers personal data collected through nvizione.com.
Data Protection Officer
Muhammad Yasin is the designated Data Protection Officer for NVizione Systems Pte. Ltd. Reach him at yasin.rahman@nvizione.com or +65 8828 8275 for any question about personal data, including access and correction requests.
What we collect
Two things.
Contact form. Your name, work email, company, and whatever you write in the message field. Please do not put confidential business information into that field. Send it after we have spoken, when we can agree how to handle it.
Website usage. Through Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, and the site you arrived from. This data is pseudonymous rather than anonymous, because Google Analytics assigns your browser an identifier stored in a cookie and can recognise the same browser across visits.
Why we collect it
We use form data to reply to your enquiry and for nothing else. We use analytics data to see which pages people actually read, so we can improve the site.
Who else handles it, and where
Two service providers process this data for us, and both operate servers outside Singapore.
Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form submissions before they reach us. Google processes website usage data through Google Analytics 4.
We rely on each provider's contractual data protection terms to keep your data protected to a standard comparable to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act while it is outside Singapore. We do not transfer your personal data to anyone else.
Cookies
Google Analytics 4 sets cookies on your device to recognise repeat visits. You can block or delete them in your browser settings and every part of this site will still work. We use no advertising cookies and no remarketing.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We run no advertising or remarketing features in Google Analytics. We do not add you to a mailing list because you used the contact form.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails and form submissions are kept for 24 months from our last exchange with you, then deleted, unless we are in an active engagement or a longer period is required for legal or accounting reasons. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights under the PDPA
You can ask what personal data we hold about you and why, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to our using it. Withdrawing consent means we can no longer respond to an open enquiry, so tell us if a reply is still wanted. Email the Data Protection Officer above and we will respond within 30 days.
If something goes wrong
If a data breach occurs that is likely to cause significant harm to you, or that meets the notification threshold under the PDPA, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals as the law requires.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
