Blueprint, then Build
NVizione runs every engagement in two stages. The Blueprint costs SGD 2,500 fixed and we deliver it in 6 business days from kickoff. It maps where manual work sits and what a build would involve. The Build then follows, either Done-With-You so your team owns and operates it, or Done-For-You so we run it.
The five steps
- Discovery Call. Free, about an hour. Fit check and intake. No fit, no invoice.
- Blueprint. SGD 2,500 fixed, 6 business days from kickoff.
- Build proposal. Scoped from the Blueprint, quoted per engagement.
- Build. Done-With-You or Done-For-You.
- Handover. On DWY you own and operate it. On DFY we keep running it.
What do I get for SGD 2,500?
A written Blueprint. Six things in it, and it stands on its own whether or not you build with us.

- A phased implementation roadmap with a timeline
- Build pricing and options
- One clear next step, with a date
It is a paid diagnostic. Building without one is guessing, and most failed automation projects fail at the scoping stage then only reveal it mid-build, when changing course is expensive.
What is in scope, and what is not?
A fixed price only means something if the scope is fixed too. Here is the boundary, published so there is nothing to argue about later.

- Up to three stakeholder interviews, 45 minutes each
- Up to five systems or tools examined
- One revision round on the delivered Blueprint
- A live delivery session, walked through together, with the Build proposal ready on the day
Not included
The Blueprint diagnoses. The Build implements. Nothing gets built, configured or connected during it, and no data gets cleaned up, migrated or restructured. Anything past the caps above is a change order, quoted separately.
What we need from you before the clock starts
- Read-only access to the systems we agreed to look at
- Interview participants confirmed and scheduled
- One named decision-maker available for the delivery session
Miss any of those and the six days have not started. That is not a penalty. It is the only way a six day promise stays honest.
How much does an AI automation blueprint cost in Singapore?
There is no standard price. Some firms give a diagnostic away free as a sales step. Others run it as a full consulting engagement with a price to match. Most publish nothing, so you cannot compare before you are already in a conversation.
What moves the number is scope: how many people get interviewed, how many systems get examined, whether you receive a specification a builder could work from or a deck of recommendations, and whether the price is fixed before the work starts.

The clock starts when payment has cleared and your intake pack is complete. Payment alone does not start it, because a Blueprint built on incomplete information is worth nothing. The free Discovery Call carries the intake, so there is no separate paid kickoff.
Done-With-You or Done-For-You?
The difference is who owns the running of it afterwards.

Done-With-You is what we recommend. A system you cannot run without the person who built it is a system that owns you back.
Do I need to buy new software?
Almost never. The starting assumption is that you already own what you need and it is not connected. If a real gap exists, the Blueprint names it and explains why. Nothing we build replaces your existing tools, and we sell no software.
What happens at handover?
On Done-With-You, handover is the point of the exercise. You get the working system, the documentation, and the walkthrough your team needs to run and change it. After that you do not need us.
That is the tagline twice over: it runs without your team doing manual work, and it runs without NVizione.
Common questions
Can we skip the Blueprint and go straight to a build?
No. We do not quote a Build without a Blueprint. A quote given before scoping is a guess, and it is unfair to both sides when it turns out to be wrong.
Can we run two Blueprints at once for different departments?
No. One Blueprint runs at a time. That is what keeps the 6 business day turnaround real.
What do you need from us before kickoff?
An intake pack covering your current processes, the tools in use, and access arrangements. We send the checklist after the Discovery Call and the clock does not start until it is complete.
What if we want changes after handover?
On Done-With-You you can make them yourself, which is the point of the training. If you would rather we did it, that is a new piece of work and we scope it separately.
Is the Blueprint refundable?
The Blueprint is a delivered piece of work, so it is not refundable once delivered. If we decide at the Discovery Call that there is no fit, you get no invoice at all.
Do you work outside Singapore?
NVizione is Singapore-based and works with Singapore businesses. Ask on the call if your situation crosses borders.
